i’m sure he of all people know that republicans aren’t going to give him a dime with a sting attached. what will he have to give up?
“raising the debt ceiling is irresponsible and shows lack of leadership” -Barack Hussein Obama 2006
That increase includes a 5 billion Christmas present for the military and a 233 million decrease for social programs.
Guess I know what he negotiated for.
How the National Affects You

“Over the past few decades, Americans have voted themselves more benefits than they are willing to pay for, Koesterich says, and at some point, something has to give.”
You have 2 options. Either raise the debt limit or pay taxes to bring the debt down. But you don’t want to pay taxes do you?
It’s puzzling how economics is working right in front of Americans and they fail to see it. Contrary to popular belief nothing is free. It’s obvious no one wants to pay anything but they all want something.
Does this sound familiar? 0% financing, no money down, cash rebates, free delivery and no interest or payments for a year.
Here’s s chart for you:

Indivduals are paying 81% of the taxes and corporations only 19%.
If you want to talk about stealing:
Look at Wisconsin, Scott Walker didn’t have a budget problem until he gave his business friends $ 140 million in tax cuts. Then he promptly stiffed the middle class with the bill.
Consider corporate taxes. GE made 5.1 billion and received a 3.2 BILLION refund. Exxon reported record profits, paid no taxes and recently only had 44 job openings nationwide. They also got a refund. 2/3 of American corporations pay no taxes and unemployment is near 10%.
Meanwhile GE, Exxon and the other 2/3 American corporations continuously stick the taxpayers with invoices and the misguided Republican constituents get so excited you’d think they just won the lottery. As opposed to getting the shaft. Thank GE for sticking you with a 3.2 billion bill. To everyone else that’s theft. But not you.
Record profits, no taxes and unemployment is still close to 10%. So much for “rich” people hiring. because they’re not!!!
Since 1988 middle class incomes have dropped while the wealthy saw theirs increase by 33%.
Sounds like grand larceny to me.
Remember the old lady who told Obama, “Don’t touch my medicaid!” as she complained about taxes?
Amazing how Obama’s opponents will harp on and on about entitlements when they’re the biggest damn recipients. How the hell can Americans think everything is free.
Yes he thinks he is desrving of every thing there is , and wonders how we can question him, bet he will wonder why he loses in a landslide too
